Quilled Clover with Purple Flowers and Butterfly in a Shadowbox Frame.
My first blog post of the year is a variation of my old design with quilled clover and white flowers. Initially it was a custom order for a greeting card, but got quickly upgraded to a beautiful framed artwork.
The total size of the frame is 15cm * 20cm, with the interior measuring 11.5cm * 16.5cm. I used hand cut 2mm wide paper strips for the clovers and 1.5mm wide paper strips for the butterfly.
You can check my tutorial on how to quill clover with flowers here.
Thank you for your visit! Have a creative and prosperous new year ahead!

Superb !! mainly the butterfly :-). I want to know 1. Is this design put over the white paper ?2. which type of “FRAME” used for framing ? due to which the design having perfect impact. Really very nice.
Thank you, Nandini! Yes, the design is glued over the white cardboard which was later attached to the slightly bigger green one. You can use whichever frame you like and suits your project!
